Completes tasks in support of the Quality Control unit, closely following established administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
Assists laboratory staff with sample receipt, management of reagents and supplies, and general housekeeping.
Tests samples of finished goods under direct supervision.
Applies developing knowledge of Quality Control standards to review results of quality analysis and report issues as required.
Uses data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo in day-to-day interactions with team.
