Job Description
Innodata is hiring a Team Manager to lead AI/LLM operations involving content writing, data annotation, and related workflows. The role requires driving project delivery, managing teams, ensuring SLA adherence, and delivering high-quality outcomes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end operations for AI/LLM, content writing, and data annotation projects. Monitor project performance and ensure achievement of SLAs, KPIs, WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs.
