We’re looking for a Team Manager to help lead our showroom and operations team as we grow.

• Manage day-to-day staff and showroom operations • Coordinate with our logistics and e-commerce teams • Drive customer service standards and team performance
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in retail or team management • Fluent in English and Spanish • Hands-on, proactive leadership style
