Team Manager - Maintenance (Frame Assembly) Function Plant Operations Pay Band E4 to M2 Role As the Team Manager - Maintenance (Frame Assembly) you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Section Head - Maintenance (Engine Plant). The purpose of your role will be to manage breakdown maintenance & preventive maintenance of Frame assembly shop line A purpose driven role for you Your key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: - Planning & execution of effective maintenance schedules like Preventive, Predictive, TBM, repairs & shutdown maintenance for machineries & equipment to achieve the set target with optimum cost. - Equipment Maintenance & Availability of Frame Assembly line. - Attending breakdowns, doing RCA & CAPA for ensuring high equipment availability. - Expertise in Troubleshooting & Problem Solving of all machinaries in frame assembly line - Implementing new modifications and low-cost automation based on electrical & mechanical requirements. - Implemen...
