Salary: £34,800 per year
Hours: 37 per week (Rostered hours including working some evenings and bank holidays)
What you’ll be doing:
Southdown is one of the leading providers of mental health, housing and care services in Sussex. Our Staying Well Service provides out-of-hours, walk-in crisis support for adults aged 18+ who are experiencing mental health distress. Open seven days a week, 365 days a year, the service offers a safe, non-clinical and welcoming environment where people can come for immediate emotional support and short-term help to reduce crisis.
As a Team Manager you’ll be part of a compassionate, multi-skilled team offering one-to-one and group support, safety planning, and practical guidance.
