Description
The Team Manager for the Creative Studio leads a remote team of Designers responsible for producing high-quality, on-brand marketing assets at scale. This role partners closely with all roles in Marketing, including but not limited to Solution Consulting, Social Media, Field Marketing and Events teams to deliver repeatable, template-driven creative that resonates with target audience and is designed for repurpose wherever possible—while also supporting custom design needs for priority campaigns and event production requirements. The Manager drives operational excellence across intake, briefing, SLAs, QA, and continuous improvement, enabling faster turnaround, stronger brand consistency, and increased throughput.
