SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Team Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site construction activities related to substations projects. The incumbent will ensure that work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

• Grade 12, Legal Liability, Excavation Supervisor, HIRA, First Aid Level 1, IRCON Construction Regulations, Firefighting, Working at Heights (US ), Working at Heights Fall arrest and rescue (US ), Valid driver’s license

Additional Qualifications

Working at Heights and Rescue Competency, First Aid course Level 1 & 2, Cabling/lugging/looming, Hydraulic Crimping, Manlift operator, Rigging course, Brazing.
