Overview
We are seeking a nurse or paramedic to strengthen our safety assistance operations in Vantaa as an operational team leader. In this role, you will assist clients in urgent situations at their homes, lead the daily operations of the team, and develop the service together with the Response Centre Manager, without relinquishing nursing duties. The work involves mobile, responsible customer visits, independent situation assessments, first aid, and decision-making in changing situations. You will work alongside the Response Centre Manager, focusing on daily team leadership, resourcing, and development, including shift planning, resource coordination, onboarding, reporting, quality development, equipment management, and collaboration with stakeholders.
