Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the members of the Subsystems Engineering team
- Estimate effort and budget for Subsystem Owners’ tasks
- Responsible for quality, consistency, and timely delivery of development activities
- Monitor budget status
- Responsible for operational stability and coordination of all Subsystem Owner activities
- Own and develop the subsystem knowledge management system
- Lead and support 8D problem-solving activities
- Responsible for correct definition of Subsystems DVP&R
- Act as first-level escalation owner for technical issues
- Report to various stakeholders such as the Department Leader and the Technical Core Team
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in internal combustion engines and powertrain engineering
