Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide Retail Operations team for West Malaysia
- Manage and monitor daily operations of Retail operations for West Malaysia
- Lead problem‑solving activities. Be the go‑to person for Retail operations in West Malaysia
- Make decisions and execute plans based on performance data to improve operational efficiency such as turnaround time, quality or cost efficiency based on the operational standards
- Measure the effectiveness of all operational approaches and initiatives by placing performance measures to continually monitor the operational performance processes
- Execute the formulation of improved approaches and strategies that facilitate the achievement of operations targets
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Customer Service, Key Account Manager, Warehouse) to follow up, and if required, set up standard operating procedures
