Responsibilities

• Provide management support for the team
• Coordinate technical activities, action plans, and initiatives
• Coach and guide a team composed primarily of technical and support employees
• Assign tasks and activities and monitor progress regularly
• Support employee engagement by creating a positive, motivating work environment
• Solve technical problems and help develop and improve technical methods and procedures
• Serve as a technical collaborator for your unit
• Help determine your unit’s service offer and ensure projects and activities are planned and executed
• Meet targets on time and on budget and manage results, performance, quality, and client/partner satisfaction
