  • For one of our clients, the packaging area is where dry blending and canning lines come together to shape the final product. In this dynamic environment, the Team Leader Maintenance stands at the core of operations. Ensuring reliability, safety, and efficiency so that every can not only leaves the factory on time but also meets the highest quality standards.
  • Lead and coach a team of General Maintenance and Instrumentation & Control Technicians, as well as maintenance planners.
  • Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities on packaging lines, ensuring full compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Be a visible presence on the shop floor—supporting your team, solving issues quickly, and driving performance.
  • Work closely with the reliability team to boost equipment uptime and refine maintenance strategies.
