Overview

Are you interested in diverse leadership work in the broad field of housing new construction? We are seeking an experienced team leader for a fixed-term employment from October 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028, in the new construction unit's team 3. The start date is targeted.

Responsibilities

• Lead about ten specialists in the new construction team, managing team activities with a results-oriented, coaching, and development-focused approach, and be responsible for achieving team goals.
• Coordinate the team's work and resourcing and ensure the well-being of the team.
• Oversee the construction of new projects and the renovation assessments and construction of renovation projects for the city’s subsidiaries.
• Handle project funding and administration, supervise construction work, and manage repairs with deadlines.
• Work closely with the unit manager and other stakeholders of the City of Helsinki.
