Job Description
Lead the Future Aircrew Training program with the Royal Canadian Air Force at 17 Wing Winnipeg, Manitoba. This role emphasizes program delivery, team leadership, and operational excellence.
As the Team Leader, Programs, you will oversee critical service lines for the FAcT initiative, ensuring alignment with client expectations and corporate policies. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, driving quality, risk management, and effective contract administration. Your leadership will guide the success of a significant modernization effort in Canadian defence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage budgeting and financial performance for the program
