Job Overview
The Team Leader, Construction Services, ensures the quality of service delivery within the service line at a site with a small to medium-sized construction program. The incumbent ensures compliance with service line policies and procedures, manages contract‑related risks, leads a team of professionals, manages the human‑resources responsibilities for the team, manages the Client‑Partner relationship, develops creative solutions, and ensures the team is focused on collaboration, quality, and timeliness of deliverables.
