A bit about the role…
The primary purpose of this position is to motivate, mentor and inspire team members to support the Joint Transition Authority (JTA) in the transitioning of Eligible Australian Defence Force (ADF) Members and Eligible ADF Family Members from their military to civilian life. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations by managing teams of people who are delivering high quality support services to a standard of excellence expected by The BUSY Group and the Commonwealth in the transitioning of eligible ADF personnel. You will have a particular focus on outcomes for participants by driving performance and providing support at the direction of the Regional Manager.
This role is permanent full time, based in Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide.
