Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the performance of a team of call or contact center operators. They provide leadership, coaching and support to their team, and develop plans to achieve the call or contact center targets.

Qualifications:
- Has at least 1 year experience managing Inbound or Outbound Campaign.
- Proven leadership skills and functional knowledge in BPO Industry.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Proficient in writing reports and business correspondences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented.
