As Team Lead Visual Inspection you are primarily responsible for personnel management and development of your employees, as well as daily production tasks. Due to the special interface role between management and production, this position is essential for the long‑term success of Lonza. You will also participate in regular meetings with other team leaders to jointly optimize efficiency, conduct performance reviews, and actively support your team’s further development.
