Hiring: Team Lead – Quality Analyst (Gen AI) | Remote (PST/EST)
We're looking for a Team Lead – Quality Analyst to drive data quality excellence across our Generative AI programs. This role combines hands-on quality review, team leadership, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Remote in Mexico (project-based schedule across EST/PST; must be available during PST core hours)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver project-specific training to annotators, reviewers, and QA teams
Review and audit annotated data using sampling, rubric scoring, and error analysis
Provide actionable feedback and coaching to improve quality performance
Identify quality trends, recurring issues, and recommend corrective actions
Conduct pre-delivery sanity checks to ensure data meets quality benchmarks
Analyze client feedback and perform root cause analysis
