Are you an experienced aviation maintenance professional looking to step into a pivotal leadership role? We are seeking a Team Lead P-8A Maintenance to join our Defence & Services business unit at Edinburgh.

In this role, you will be responsible for directly leading a high-performing team of 20 maintenance staff to execute contracted maintenance functions and ensure service delivery excellence. Reporting to the Manager Edinburgh Maintenance, you will serve as a nominated post-holder (e.g., Form 4) under a strict regulatory framework, ensuring full alignment with DASR Part and Part M Regulatory Compliance.
