Key roles & responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all activities on the production line to ensure efficient and timely production.
Plan and organize production schedules, ensuring that production targets and deadlines are met.
Co-ordinate daily production department stand-up meeting.
Assembly and testing of boards as per the manufacturing instruction.
Soldering and de-soldering of components on PCB assembly
Electronic components wiring and harness inside the cubicle as per the configuration drawings.
Wire cutting, crimping, stripping, ferrule feeding.
Inspect products for quality and consistency, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.
Assembly of mechanical parts as per the requirement sheet
Assigning task or re-allocation of job responsibilities to production team for ad hoc changes to pre-released production plan.
Production reporting through ERP.
