Job Description

Your Tasks

  • Lead and develop the application engineering team according to Palfinger leadership principles.
  • Perform early-phase engineering, including technical calculations, descriptions, and cost estimations.
  • Create detailed technical specifications and competitive cost calculations in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Support projects post-handover and lead concept studies internally or with customers.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to optimize project outcomes and streamline execution.

  • MSc or BSc in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience in technical departments, R&D, application engineering, or technical sales support—preferably in marine or offshore industries.
