Join a dynamic production team as a Manufacturing Technician II (Team Lead) in Markham, Ontario. This fully onsite role offers hands-on leadership during the 2nd shift, focusing on safety and productivity.
As the Manufacturing Technician II, you will report to the Production Supervisor and oversee activities in a fast-paced environment. With hands-on experience in panel assembly, you'll drive quality and mentor team members while meeting daily targets. Collaboration and compliance with safety standards will be central to your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead the afternoon shift production team effectively • Participate in hands-on panel assembly and troubleshooting • Assign tasks and provide on-the-job training • Ensure health & safety compliance at all times • Utilize SAP for daily production tracking
