Job Description:

• In charge of leading and coaching a team of manufacturing engineers to support daily operations in programming, tooling, process routing, and secondary processes
• Responsible in monitoring production performance to ensure monthly efficiency targets and optimal utilization of machinists and machines are achieved.

• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any non-conforming jobs and resolve issues collaboratively as a team.

• Actively explore new manufacturing approaches, tooling, and technologies to enhance organizational capabilities lead and manage CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) initiatives for required equipment purchases.
