Job Description
The Fund Oversight Team Lead is responsible for managing the oversight of thirdāparty service fund administrators/NAV Agents and lead a team responsible for ensuring accurate fund accounting, strong controls, and transparency across our retail investment products.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ ā¢ Lead the team based in Manila providing oversight of fund administrators, NAV Agents/custodiansā¢ Review and challenge NAV calculations, financial statements, reconciliations, and key fund deliverablesā¢ Ensure compliance with fund governing documents and regulatory requirementsā¢ Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Fund Oversight professionalsā¢ Act as escalation point for operational issues, errors, and breachesā¢ Responsible for staff resourcing, and capacity managementā¢ Support audits, regulatory reviews, and internal governance reportingā¢ Drive continuous improvement in oversight processes and controlsā¢ Represent the team in various strategic initiatives involving multipl...
