What You’ll Do Production Oversee your line and day to day operations.
Review paperwork from scheduling, plan work for day / week.
Plan manpower according to schedule demands.
Reply to emails – inform scheduling any delay of the product, shipping if any issues (delays).
Review and prepare production reports daily.
Create spreadsheet to track regular pay, units produced to monitor costs units produced.
Order material from receiving for raw materials daily.
