  • Lead and develop a team of 4-8 CSMs across Brazil.
  • Hire, onboard, coach, and retain top talent with clear plans.
  • Drive retention, activation, adoption, engagement, and expansion.
  • Own metrics: GRR, NRR, churn, health, and satisfaction.
  • Coach on strategic account planning and stakeholder management.
  • Build scalable playbooks for onboarding and growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer Success or related roles.
  • 3+ years leading CS/AM teams in high‑growth environments.
  • Proven retention, expansion, and revenue growth.
  • Experience managing SMB and Mid‑Market portfolios.
  • Strong coaching, people management, and talent development skills.
  • Data‑driven with health metrics and forecasting.
  • Fluent in English; executive‑level communication.
  • Hands‑on with Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot, Totango, and BI tools.
