Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Management
β’ Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners (architects, interior designers, builders, dealers).
β’ Conduct regular partner meetings to align on targets, promotions, and Bonitoβs value proposition.
β’ Resolve partner concerns and ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams (design, operations).
Team Leadership & Execution
β’ Lead and mentor a team of channel sales executives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
β’ Monitor team performance KPIs (partner onboarding, conversion rates, revenue contribution).
β’ Organize training sessions for partners and team members on product updates and sales techniques.
Revenue Growth & Compliance
β’ Execute channel sales plans and incentive programs to boost partner productivity.
