Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Channel Partner Management

β€’ Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners (architects, interior designers, builders, dealers).

β€’ Conduct regular partner meetings to align on targets, promotions, and Bonito’s value proposition.

β€’ Resolve partner concerns and ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams (design, operations).


Team Leadership & Execution

β€’ Lead and mentor a team of channel sales executives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

β€’ Monitor team performance KPIs (partner onboarding, conversion rates, revenue contribution).

β€’ Organize training sessions for partners and team members on product updates and sales techniques.


Revenue Growth & Compliance

β€’ Execute channel sales plans and incentive programs to boost partner productivity.
