Reporting to the GM of Wholesale, this newly created Team Lead | Wholesale Customer Service role is ideal for an experienced customer service leader who enjoys balancing operational excellence with people leadership. Acting as a key link between our internal teams and wholesale customers, you'll ensure a seamless service experience while driving consistency, efficiency and operational excellence.


The role

  • Leading day-to-day Wholesale customer service operations and supporting complex customer enquiries

  • Ensuring Wholesale orders, returns and credits are processed accurately and efficiently
