Your mission
As Team Lead Architecture, you shape the technical future of our platform. You will lead the architectural transformation of a mission-critical platform operating in highly regulated environments. You will report to our Head of Engineering in Budapest.
- Define and champion a long-term architectural vision tightly aligned with global business strategy.
- Serve as the COO’s senior technical advisor, providing due diligence, risk assessments, and build-vs-buy guidance.
- Drive architectural alignment across distributed engineering teams through shared standards and unified platform direction.
- Establish pragmatic platform governance and “Golden Paths” that accelerate delivery without slowing teams down.
