The Recruiting Team Coordinator supports the end-to-end recruitment process for both experienced hires and campus hiring in Japan by ensuring interview scheduling and recruitment operations run smoothly.

About the Role

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers/interviewers in Japan.
• Manage interview reschedules and cancellations.
• Book meeting rooms for onsite interviews.
• Set up Microsoft Teams links for virtual interviews.
• Generate visitor QR codes and guide candidates for onsite interviews.
• Support interview-day logistics and communicate with candidates and interviewers.
• Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
