As a Teaching Coordinator, and under the supervision of the Director of Studies, your main role will be to ensure the planning, assignment and monitoring of teaching assignments. You will play a key role in coordinating teaching resources, providing administrative support for instructional activities, and managing communications with faculty. You will also be called upon to participate in the integration of new teachers and to ensure the optimization of practices related to academic planning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify teaching needs for each session and collaborate in the teacher recruitment and assignment process;
- Contribute to the planning of primary assignments and their validation in the management tool (e.g. Vector);
