Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and creative Teaching Associates who are passionate about teaching in small-group, active-learning environments. This role is ideal for educators who enjoy hands-on teaching, are open to exploring diverse teaching pedagogies, and are eager to grow professionally through varied classroom experiences.
In this role, you will...
- Conduct engaging small-group lessons aligned with our student-centered, active-learning teaching philosophy
- Deliver an average of 9–12 lessons per week , including covering classes for peers when needed
- Prepare and deliver lessons using provided materials, while also contributing creative ideas, questions, and activities
- Participate in teaching sessions outside the tuition centre , exploring alternative learning environments and pedagogical approaches
