Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, tailoring assistance to individual needs and EHCPs where applicable
Assist with preparation of learning materials and classroom activities
Support pupils’ emotional wellbeing, helping them build resilience, independence, and confidence
Engage pupils in learning both inside the classroom and in outdoor activities
