New Directions Education is currently recruiting for a pool of Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work within local Special Educational Needs settings across Leeds for the new Academic Year. We are looking for dedicated, passionate individuals to support students with a variety of needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are committed to making a positive impact on the educational experience of pupils with SEN.

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • A good understanding of trauma-informed approaches and therapeutic behaviour support.
  • Training in Team-Teach or other recognised behaviour intervention methods.
  • A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
