Location: Springfield Primary School – Part of Odyssey Collaborative Trust
Hours: 35 hours a week
Contract type: Fixed for 12 months to start 4 September 2026
Age range: Mainstream: 4 yrs - 111yrs, 280 on roll
ERF: 4 yrs - 11yrs, 66 children when full

Springfield Enhanced Resource Facility is a well-established and successful provision for children with complex communication and interaction needs, which has undergone a significant expansion and new building project. This vacancy is a unique opportunity for an experienced teaching assistant to play a key part in our ERF provision.
