Job Description
Affinity Partnerships are looking for a part-time Learning Support Assistant to work within a single form entry school. This role is typically worked over two days (Thursday: 6 hours, Friday: 6 hours), with flexibility around the working pattern to be discussed at interview.
This is an exciting opportunity to empower students to reach their full potential by delivering tailored support that enhances learning, engagement, and well‑being. The successful candidate will support students in accessing the curriculum, engaging with their learning, and achieving their full potential through the implementation of planned learning activities in collaboration with the class teacher.
You will deliver measurable impact on student attainment as well as their social and emotional well‑being, working collaboratively with colleagues to fulfil the requirements of the role.
This role is permanent and is to start in September 2026 for the new school year.
