Job Description
A Primary School in the Caerphilly area is seeking an inspiring Teaching Assistant to join their team for morning sessions only, from 8:30 to 11:30, supporting their Nursery. The ideal candidate will have ALN experience.
The school values candidates who demonstrate passion, drive, and relevant experience in this field.

Do you enjoy supporting and developing children?
The successful candidate will have:
- Level 2 or 3 qualification and/or at least 6 months’ experience in an educational setting
- A calm, patient, and caring personality
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
- Experience supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
Applicants will need to complete an enhanced DBS check and provide at least two references.
