Teaching Assistant - All‑Through School SEN & Complex Needs
Prospero Teaching is seeking a calm, patient and committed Teaching Assistant to join an all‑through specialist SEN school in Bournemouth, supporting pupils from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 5. The school caters for children and young people with a comprehensive range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, including Autism, SEMH, communication differences, sensory needs, learning difficulties and barriers to engaging with learning.
This is a full‑time, temp‑to‑perm opportunity for someone passionate about supporting neurodivergent pupils in a structured, therapeutic and child‑centred environment.

Supporting pupils throughout the school day with consistency, predictability and emotional safety
Working within class groups or providing 1:1 support depending on individual needs
Supporting communication, emotional regulation and sensory processing
