Overview
Witherslack Group operates an independent specialist day school in Grange-over-Sands, Cumbria, providing high quality education for children and young people with complex learning needs, including Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils with Autism spectrum and SEMH needs in daily classroom activities.
- Assist teachers and therapists in delivering planned learning and behaviour plans.
- Foster pupils' development of learning skills and self‑esteem.
- Attend and actively participate in induction, ongoing training and professional development sessions.
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive environment for all pupils.
