Job Description
To provide employees working in a remote environment access to a safe space where their children can interact, play, and learn.
The programme currently supports children aged 2 to 13 years. Its aim is to provide a safe and enjoyable environment where children can reach their full cognitive, emotional, social, and physical potential. The curriculum adopts an eclectic approach, using CAPS as a guideline and aligning with South African Department of Education standards.
Generally, the Private Game Lodge Teacher’s Assistant is accountable for the following key result areas:
Assist with all essential classroom requirements, including Occupational Health and Safety and administrative duties.
Ages 5+: Deliver structured lessons appropriate for their age group in an engaging and constructive way.
Ages 2–4: Design and oversee developmental and educational activities.
