Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons based on curriculum.
• Use effective teaching strategies to explain concepts clearly and reinforce understanding.
• Customize lesson materials and accommodate different learning styles based on student abilities.
• Track individual student's academic performance and learning needs. Prepare students for major exams with effective strategies and resources.
• Update parents about students progress, strengths and areas needing improvement.
• Conduct assessments, mock exams, revision workshops and holiday programmes.
• Collaborate with Academic Programme Manager on curriculum enhancements. Support exam analysis and provide insight on student readiness.
• Prepare and distribute lesson materials, assessment papers, and exam resources.
• Support the Academic Programme Manager in updating curriculum documents.
