About the role Young Learners Incubation delivers a STEAM education program for children aged 5-13 in Lahore. The Teacher / Assistant Teacher will deliver age‑appropriate STEAM lessons, run experiments safely, and support a positive classroom culture aligned with the curriculum and learning outcomes. Internships available for final-year university students.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver interactive STEAM lessons for groups of children (5-13) using project-based and inquiry-led approaches.
- Prepare materials and set up experiments and hands-on activities, ensuring safety and engagement.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and adapt activities for varying ability levels.
- Manage classroom behaviour, maintain clear routines, and foster curiosity, collaboration and a growth mindset.
