What You'll Do
- Lead the development of glass spacer products
- Develop prototypes and support product testing
- Improve designs using DFM principles
- Support CNC machining and precision manufacturing process
- Perform product measurements and inspections
- Troubleshoot technical issues and drive improvements
- Work with suppliers and cross-functional teams
- Support new product introduction and mass production
