Job Description

The opportunity

We're looking for a T&C Supervisor to join the team and provide quality and risk oversight across Owl's Protection Advisers. You'll play a key role in supporting adviser development, ensuring good customer outcomes, and helping advisers meet the expected standards. Please note, this a field-based role therefore occasional travel may be required. Benefits package:
  • Salary - £46,000 - £50,000.
  • Car allowance - £4,236
  • Bonus scheme - on target bonus - 10%.
  • Pension scheme - contribute up to 5% of your salary and Openwork will match you and put in an extra 5%.
