Job Description
**Role Purpose**
Own direct tax topics end-to-end (income tax, WHT, IOF, CIDE), combining advisory, compliance, and, desirably, tax accounting. Partner closely with business and finance to ensure compliant and optimized tax outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Provide clear and practical tax advisory on transactions, contracts, and new business models
+ Identify tax risks and optimization opportunities, recommending defensible positions
+ Support tax planning, reorganizations, and transfer pricing initiatives
+ Manage tax audits, inspections, and relationships with tax authorities
+ Review and challenge external advisors, ensuring high-quality and consistent deliverables
+ Monitor legislative changes and translate impacts into actionable business guidance
+ Drive improvements in SAP/tax processes and reporting
+ Support tax accounting and reporting (monthly close, provisions, forecasts, ETR) if needed
