(TSX:CSU). Modaxo acquires, strengthens, and grows software and technology companies enabling the daily movement of people. Ours is a dynamic, evolving environment. In a ‘typical’ year, it would be reasonable to expect multiple Acquisitions; probably including at least 1 in a new jurisdiction; plus an organic growth initiative into a new geography; plus a legal or management re-structure within one of our Regions. Layer on top of this the changing tax legislative landscape and you quickly find a demanding and stimulating role. We recognize the potential for Tax structure and strategy to add significant value in an acquisitive group.
