Summary:

The “Tax Analyst” will be based in GBS

In charge of managing tax compliance activities, monitor legislative changes relating to the organization, recommend and adopt required changes as necessary relating to domestic, international tax practices.

Responsibilities:

1. Domestic Tax

  • Prepare and review consolidated regional /federal/combined state income tax returns, estimates, extensions, and related disclosures for regional, federal, and state tax purposes.
  • Perform research of deferred tax accounts and current tax provision in accordance with accounting values for the respective regional, federal, and state regulations.
  • Assist with regional, federal, and state income tax audits.
  • Perform research of balance sheet and income statements for tax differences relating.
  • Conduct research on tax issues and make recommendations.
