Responsibilities

• Supervise information requests for the tax processes
• Extract and manipulate financial data to fulfill tax requirements
• Standardize templates and tools for all ABB legal entities
• Develop a strong understanding of application functionality from the user’s perspective to improve Tax processes
• Identify recurring issues and collaborate with various stakeholders to rectify and document the internal process
• Support tax audit information requests
• Contribute ideas to enhance operational tax workflows, user experience, or support processes
• Escalate issues with significant efficiency and/or tax impact with thorough documentation and clarity
