Qualifications
- Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a friendly and professional manner.
- Accurately process and confirm reservations, ensuring all guest preferences and requests are noted.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate information.
- Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience from booking to check-out.
- Manage and resolve any reservation-related issues or complaints effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only.
- Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
